Product and document review area used for support context

Support checklist

Send the records that make support review possible.

Product, quote, room, timeline and photos should describe the same project. Send them together so the team can identify what still needs checking.

Review basisProduct files, quote scope, site condition and photos should describe the same project. The team may request more records before advising the next action.

Review steps

Support review is easier when the record is complete.

The sequence helps the team separate product, site, use and record questions before advising what should happen next.

1. Identify the product

Send the product family, SKU, product photo or accepted quote line. Support starts from the product that was actually supplied.

2. Confirm the project record

Share the accepted quote, room scope, installation date, handover notes and any care terms you received.

3. Send useful photos

Send one room-wide photo, one close photo, one surrounding-condition photo and any label or packaging photo if available.

4. Describe the condition

Tell us when it appeared and whether water, impact, rolling load, renovation, furniture movement or third-party work happened nearby.

What to send

A complete support message saves time.

A close-up alone rarely explains the product, surrounding condition, room use or timeline. Include the wider project record in the same message.

Product family or SKU

Accepted quotation

Room or surface location

Installation or handover date

Room-wide photo

Close photo of the affected area

Surrounding-condition photo

Care method used

Recent water, impact, renovation or furniture movement

SPC installation rule

Keep product and installation boundaries clear.

Enoch SPC must be planned and installed as straight plank or standard staggered flooring only. Herringbone, fishbone, chevron and other angled click-lock layouts must not be planned, quoted or installed for Enoch SPC.

Herringbone, fishbone and chevron layouts need boards designed for angled cuts, compatible click profiles and a layout plan that protects the joint. Using a normal click-lock SPC board that way can create avoidable joint stress, gaps or lock damage.

Support review depends on the selected product, written quote, installation scope, site condition and care method.

A certificate badge, catalogue graphic or generic warranty line is not enough for support review.

The team may ask for more photos or records before advising the next step.

Enoch SPC must be planned and installed as straight plank or standard staggered flooring only.

Common questions

What the team needs before advising.

These answers explain why support review starts with the product, project record and useful photos.

What should I send for a support review?

Send the product family or SKU, accepted quote, room location, installation or handover date, room-wide photo, close photo and a note about when the issue appeared.

Can Enoch Surfaces review support without the original quote?

The team can start with photos and product details, but the original quote and handover record make the review clearer and faster.

Why do photos need to show the whole room?

A close photo shows the affected area. A room-wide photo helps review nearby furniture, moisture risk, usage, movement, access and surrounding floor condition.

Does Enoch SPC support angled installation layouts?

No. Enoch SPC must be planned and installed as straight plank or standard staggered flooring only.

Next step

Send the product, quote, photos and timeline in one message.

Enoch can review the record and tell you what additional information is needed before advising the next action.
