Specify
Confirm product family, dimensions, finish, site use and accessories. For SPC, include thickness, wear layer, plank size and the selected locking profile where those details are available.

Sample
Use the physical sample or SKU to align colour and product direction. Review it in the intended room light and keep the product label with the project record.

Check
Review the product, batch, edge or fixing detail, labels and packing. Any visible difference should be resolved against the approved sample and order record before handover.

Match
Tie the available product files and quote scope to the same selection. Product name, accessories, quantities, delivery and installation notes should not describe different versions of the order.
