Data handling

Check how enquiry and project data is used.

Use these sections to understand what customer details, site photos, floor plans, analytics consent and project records are collected for service work.

Check the data record before making a request.

This policy explains the categories, purposes, recipients, safeguards and request routes that apply to customer and enquiry data.

When asking for access, correction or consent withdrawal, identify the enquiry date, contact details used and the information concerned. This helps Enoch locate the relevant record and respond without exposing another person's data.

01

Effective date and data protection contact

Effective 1 August 2026. Enoch Surfaces designates its Singapore data protection contact to receive privacy questions, requests and complaints. Email info@enochsurfaces.com with the subject "Data protection". The contact will identify the relevant record, coordinate a response and explain any information needed to verify the requester.

02

Personal data we may collect

We may collect your name, phone number, email address, property or site address, appointment details, project notes, room measurements, photos, floor plans, product selections, quotation and order records, payment references, installation records, support correspondence and cookie or analytics choices. Please remove unrelated personal information from photos and plans before sending them.

03

Why we use personal data

We use relevant data to answer enquiries, arrange visits, assess site information, prepare and administer quotations, confirm products and measurements, coordinate delivery or installation, process payments, maintain service and warranty records, respond to disputes, keep business records and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell customer personal data.

04

Consent and withdrawal

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it with reasonable notice by emailing info@enochsurfaces.com. Tell us which use or disclosure you want to stop. We will explain the likely consequences before completing the withdrawal. Depending on the request, we may be unable to continue an enquiry, visit, quotation, delivery, installation or support service that requires the affected data. Withdrawal does not affect uses already permitted by law.

05

Access and correction requests

You may ask for access to personal data we hold about you and information about how it was used or disclosed, or ask us to correct an error. Email info@enochsurfaces.com with the contact details used, the approximate enquiry or project date and the specific record concerned. We may verify identity, ask for clarification and apply exceptions or reasonable fees where Singapore law permits.

06

Who may receive or process data

We disclose only the data reasonably needed by authorised staff and service providers supporting website hosting, communications, document storage, analytics where consent applies, payment administration, delivery, measurement, installation, maintenance, professional advice or legal compliance. Providers are expected to use the data only for the agreed service and to protect it appropriately.

07

Transfers outside Singapore

Some hosting, communications or storage providers may process data outside Singapore. When personal data is transferred overseas, Enoch Surfaces takes steps intended to ensure a standard of protection comparable to the protection required under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, including appropriate contractual or provider safeguards.

08

Retention and security

We retain personal data only while it remains reasonably needed for the stated purpose, an open transaction, warranty or support record, dispute handling, accounting or a legal requirement. We then delete, anonymise or securely dispose of it where practical. Administrative, technical and physical safeguards are used according to the sensitivity and form of the record, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely risk-free.

09

Cookies and optional analytics

Essential functions may store information needed for the website to operate. Optional analytics, performance monitoring and event tracking are activated only after the applicable consent choice. You may decline optional tracking and continue using the core website. Browser settings may also remove or block stored cookies, although some preferences may then need to be selected again.

10

Questions and complaints

Contact the Enoch Surfaces data protection contact first at info@enochsurfaces.com and describe the concern, relevant dates and the response you are seeking. We will review the matter and explain the outcome or next step. If the matter remains unresolved, you may use the Personal Data Protection Commission's official complaint and review channels at https://www.pdpc.gov.sg/complaints-and-reviews/report-a-personal-data-protection-concern.

Policy changes

Material changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date. The updated policy applies to later handling of personal data; any new purpose requiring consent will be addressed before that purpose begins.
