Warranty support

Support starts with a clean project record.

Enoch Surfaces reviews support requests through the selected product, accepted quote, site condition, handover photos and care terms. A clear record helps the team respond faster and more accurately.

SPC flooring sample boards kept as product reference records

Record first

Product family, quote scope, site condition and handover photos should stay connected to the same project.

What to keep

A useful warranty record has four parts.

Keep the information that connects the material, the quote and the actual site. It makes later review easier for both sides.

Product record

Keep the product family, SKU or written product description that appears in the accepted quote.

Quote scope

Keep room scope, area, trims, skirting, accessories, preparation work and installation assumptions in the same record.

Site condition

Support review is clearer when subfloor, moisture condition, room use, furniture load and care method are known.

Handover photos

Room-wide photos, close photos and handover notes help the team compare the issue against the original work.

Support review

Send facts, not only a complaint photo.

Photos matter, but the useful review also needs product, quote, room and timeline details.

Find the accepted record

Quote, product name or SKU, installation date, room scope and handover notes.

Take clear photos

One room-wide photo, one close photo and one photo showing the surrounding condition.

Describe when it appeared

Room location, first noticed date and whether water, impact, renovation or furniture movement happened nearby.

Let Enoch Surfaces review

The product, quote, site and handover record are checked before the next step is advised.

SPC installation rule

Support also depends on product and installation boundaries.

Enoch SPC must be planned and installed as straight plank or standard staggered flooring only. Herringbone, fishbone, chevron and other angled click-lock layouts must not be planned, quoted or installed for Enoch SPC.

Herringbone, fishbone and chevron layouts need boards designed for angled cuts, compatible click profiles and a layout plan that protects the joint. Using a normal click-lock SPC board that way can create avoidable joint stress, gaps or lock damage.

Warranty and care terms must match the selected product, written quote, site condition, installation scope and usage condition.
A generic poster line or certificate badge is not enough for support review.
Later renovation work, trapped water, heavy impact, unsuitable rolling loads or third-party alteration can change the support review.
Enoch SPC must be planned and installed as straight plank or standard staggered flooring only.

Next step

Keep the quote, product and handover record together.

If support is needed later, send the product family or SKU, accepted quote, photos, room location and when the issue appeared.
