Keep quote terms, project details and project records together.
Use these sections to review quotation assumptions, site condition, payments, warranty conditions and project changes before work is confirmed.
Keep the accepted project records together.
These terms explain service handling in plain English. The final quotation, invoice or written agreement controls the confirmed project scope.
Retain the accepted quotation, invoice, selected product code, site findings, approved variations and written schedule. Ask for clarification whenever those records do not describe the same product or work scope.
01
Effective date and order acceptance
Effective 1 August 2026. A website enquiry, estimate or quotation is not an accepted order by itself. Work is accepted only when Enoch Surfaces gives written confirmation and the customer completes any acceptance, deposit or other step stated in the quotation. The accepted quotation, invoice and approved variations form the project record.
02
Quotations and scope
A quotation is based on the named product, measured or stated quantity, visible site information and listed work. It should identify included rooms, preparation, skirting, trims, door work, access, furniture handling, delivery, installation, taxes, exclusions and validity. A site condition or requirement that was not reasonably visible or disclosed may require a revised scope before work continues.
03
Prices, deposits and payment
The accepted quotation or invoice states the currency, tax treatment, deposit, progress or balance payments and due dates. No different payment schedule applies unless both parties confirm it in writing. Enoch Surfaces may pause ordering, delivery or work when an agreed payment is overdue, subject to applicable law and reasonable notice.
04
Cancellations, changes and refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions must be stated in the accepted quotation or written agreement. Any non-refundable deposit, custom-order cost, restocking cost or other non-recoverable amount must be disclosed before acceptance. After work is accepted, a refund may be reduced only by amounts that were disclosed or reasonably incurred for the accepted order, subject to applicable law. Changes that alter the price or work require the customer's written approval before the additional work proceeds.
05
Site readiness, access and scheduling
The customer must provide accurate site information, lawful access, required building or management approvals and a work area that is ready on the agreed date. Material availability, approved scope, site condition, access hours, other contractors and applicable renovation rules affect scheduling. If a date must move, Enoch Surfaces will provide the available reason and a revised arrangement as soon as reasonably practical.
06
Product selection and installation conditions
The customer should confirm the product code, finish, quantity basis and visible sample before ordering. Colour and grain can vary by lighting, screen, sample and production batch. Product suitability and installation depend on the stated use, supporting surface, moisture or exposure conditions, clearances and maintenance requirements. Enoch SPC flooring is limited to straight plank or standard staggered layouts.
07
Handover, defects and warranty
The customer should report visible quantity, product or installation concerns promptly and allow reasonable inspection. Product or workmanship warranty coverage, duration, exclusions and claim steps are only those stated in the accepted project record or applicable product document. Warranty does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, and it does not cover an unapproved use, unresolved site condition, misuse or work performed by another party outside the accepted scope.
08
Liability and customer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where Singapore law does not permit that exclusion or limitation. To the extent permitted by law, each party remains responsible for direct loss caused by its breach, negligence or unlawful act, while indirect or remote loss is excluded unless the accepted agreement says otherwise.
09
Governing law and disputes
These terms and accepted Singapore projects are governed by Singapore law. Raise a concern first with Enoch Surfaces at info@enochsurfaces.com or +65 8973 0135, including the quotation or invoice reference and the outcome requested. The parties should try to resolve the issue directly before using any available mediation, tribunal or court process.
10
Changes to these website terms
A revised version may be published with a new effective date. It applies to later enquiries and newly accepted work unless an accepted quotation or separate written agreement states otherwise. A website update does not silently change an already accepted project record.
