Feedback privacy

Your feedback stays under your control.

Share only what you are comfortable publishing. Enoch can hide private details and confirm the public wording with you first. A useful review states the property type, selected surface, work completed and handover result without revealing the address, unit number, price or any personal contact details. Product and project photographs are used only with permission, and a review is not rewritten to describe an experience the customer did not report. Where a public review does not identify a product code or site condition, use it as customer experience evidence rather than as a technical specification or promise of an identical result.

Your own words

Share the installation or handover experience in the wording you are comfortable using. Describe the property type, selected surface, work completed and result only where those facts are accurate.

Your public label

Choose whether a first name, property type or another simple label can be shown. Public wording is confirmed before publication and is not presented as a different customer's experience.

Your privacy

Names, faces, unit numbers, addresses, phone numbers and prices can stay private. Photos are used only with permission, and identifying details can be removed before a review is published.

Choose with product and project information.

Review product samples, available documents, factory and QC context, confirmed sample appointments and relevant project references before choosing a material.

If Enoch has completed your handover, you can share feedback in your own words and choose which details may be shown publicly.
