Handover feedback

Share feedback in your own words.

Send only what you are comfortable sharing after handover. You do not need to write a polished review. Enoch will check the wording, photos, public label, and private details before anything is used publicly.

Send handover feedback

Share feedback in your own words.

Short feedback is enough. Enoch will keep customer-owned wording and check privacy before any public use.

Send what you already have. Enoch checks source, permission and private details before anything becomes public.
Add two useful details before sending.

Your own words

Short feedback is enough. Share what was clear, what happened during installation, and how the handover felt.

Optional photos

Finished floor, installation stage, room-wide view, surface close-up or transition detail can be useful if you are comfortable sharing them.

Private details

Use a public label such as HDB homeowner, condo owner or commercial buyer. Hide names, faces, unit numbers, addresses, phone numbers and prices if needed.

Short feedback is enough

Enoch keeps the customer voice, not a polished sales line.

A useful review can be three simple notes: what was bought, what happened during quotation or installation, and whether the handover result was clear. Enoch will only use customer-owned words or customer-approved wording.

Review evidence

Customer-owned wording only.

A useful public testimonial should come from your own Google review, WhatsApp message, email, or customer-approved wording. Enoch will not publish AI-written praise, staff-written summaries, or edited wording that the customer did not approve.

Accepted source

Google review, WhatsApp message, customer email, or direct feedback with a clear source channel.

Customer approval

If wording is shortened or edited for privacy, it should still be customer-approved wording before public use.

Privacy check

Names, faces, unit numbers, addresses, phone numbers, prices and other private details can be hidden before publishing.
