Supporting material selection
Supporting materials affect how the finished surface meets walls, doors, steps, transitions and exposed edges. Skirting, trims, stair noses, profiles, underlay, adhesive or fixing parts should be checked with the main product, current site condition and maintenance expectation before the quote is final. Confirm quantities, spare pieces and future replacement access in the same record.
Share photos and dimensions of walls, doorways, steps, thresholds, cabinets, exposed ends and transition areas. Show how the adjoining surfaces meet so profile shape, finished height and fixing access can be checked.
Confirm whether the item supports SPC flooring, WPC wall panels, outdoor WPC or another product family. Match the accessory code and application guidance to the selected main product before substitution.
